Oil on canvas painting by listed artist Juan Antonio Morales (Spanish 1912-84). Circus Troupe at beach. Morales painted with JL Caballero. This is approx 21 x 25'' and housed in what I believe to be the original carpathian elm burl veneer frame. Vivid scene shows a girl with hoop looking at rider in the distance as a dog dogs tricks for a man seated on colorful drum. The tents have splashes of orange coloring as does drum which makes the eye dart from image to image drawing you into the overall painting. Very well done sky and fine depth to the oil painting. A very well listed artist and this painting has strong ties to the Spanish movement which both Caballero and Picasso were so well noted.
