Suzanne Eisendieck has long been famous for her depictions of the girl, in many different themes, and different settings . The world has come to recognize the idenity of her characterizations which became her tradition and signature. Suzanne was born in Dantzig where she went to study at the Academie des Beaux-Arts, later living in Berlin and had her first exhibition. Later she came to Paris and began to show her works which found a wide market because of her unique execution. She had a style and concept of originality and with impressionistic style, and great use of color and bold brushstrokes. Suzanne Eisendieck was married to Dietz Edzard, the important impressionists who died in 1963, both of them remain celebrated as two of the greatest exponents of the School of Paris capturing the ultimate in French Glamour in her paintings. She had lived in Paris on the left Bank and had been exhibiting in Paris since 1929, at the Salon des Independants.
