William Strang, Scottish, 1859-1921, etching, "The Fisherman", measuring 11 1/4 x 9 1/4 inches, is an exquisite example of Strang's abilities as a reproductive etcher. "The Fisherman's Home" is very similar to Strang's painting of the same name from 1905 which is owned by the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford. This richly inked print from the Baldwin-Wallace College is also signed in pencil by the artist.
