Rare Painting by Robert Scott, signed. Very nice Cartoon of Small boy reading France-soir news paper. Painting seems to be of oil, with fine lines of ink, on hard board. I am not 100% sure of the actual medium being used. Art measures 10" in Length X 8" in Height. Actual frame measures 17" in Length X 15" in Height. Art in good condition. Frame is made of very nice decorative wood carving. Frame made in Mexico.
