"At the outset of the battle of Poltava" (1709), where Ukrainian Cossack and Swede troops were defeated by Russian Tsar Peter the Great. Unknown author. The scene was also painted by Denis Martens the Younger in 1726, his work being exhibited in St. Ecaterina Palace from St. Petersburg(Ukraine).
