Henry Foley, British, active 1848-1874, oil on canvas, 20 x 16 inches, signed "H. Foley" lower right. There is an inscription on the back of the canvas which appears to read "View of Strasburg." In a heavy period frame, probably original to the painting. Please note: the foreground is not as red as it appears in the photograph.
