The actual frames measure about 23" in Height X 27" in Length. The Art is in good condition. Has one very tiny indention on bottom right. Can not notice from front, only in back. The Art is authentic oil lithograph on Canvas. In back it reads: 9813/PR Catalina D. G. The bottom has a tag that reads: 34690 Shadow Catchers P 6 BA3 # 9813/PR. The Art is Modern Art. The Frame has lots of scuff marks and edge chips.
