Lithograph size is 22"x 16 3/4" and with the handsome matching frame it measures 32"x 26". As for condition it looks like this might have been stored in a humid environment. There is rolling to the litho and areas of foxing/possible mildew spots on the bottom. It can be professionaly cleaned. We have cleaned a few items and the difference is remarkable. The brown paper on the back also looks like it has seen moisture. Priced according to condition.
