OK, maybe not really for use while skiing, but certainly looks like the ski caps we see in Colorado during the winter! Ancient woven textile cap of llama wool and cotton, in geometric brown on tan pattern, with two side strips and rolled edges. Ca 1000 to 1200 AD, from northern Peru, probably in the highlands where such head protection is necessary in the winter months. Approximately 22"L, in good condition with a few expected imperfections. Category:Peruvian Material:Textile Dimensions:22"L Condition:Good Condition
