Moche, northern Peru, Ca 2nd to 4th century AD. Large copper tumi (ceremonial knife) used in human sacrificial ceremonies. Top shows standing warrior in full battle garb, crescent headdress, holding mace and small decorated shield. Measures 8"H, intact/choice with deep patina. Custom stand.
