Chimu carved jar (900 - 1200 A.D.)
Chimu carved jar, 13,4 x 11,4 cm, hand built vessel from brown clay, the jar is carved back and front in relief depicting a mask with almond eyes and a fletched mouth. The vessel is ion perfert condition and was purchased in a Viennese gallery in 1995. There is a certificate from the gallery that will be sent to the new owner upon request.
