A fine Roman bronze bowl dating to the 1st.-3rd. cent. BC.
The shape is typical for the roman period offering bowls, almost shaped like a 'hat' with an omphalos in the center.
Size: c. 90 x 30 mm. Condition: Choice! Very heavy and sound metal. Glossy black patina under a sticky layer of brownish sand. Would improve much when fully cleaned.
