Culture: Roman. Date: 1st Century A.D. Material: Bronze. Condition: Intact, excellent, mounted on a custom display stand, with dark green patina. Provenance: Ex: American private collection. Measurements: 2.25 inches in diameter each (5.5 cms). A set of four roundels, each roundel in the form of a head of a woman in high relief, with large rounded eyes, and thick curled hair, and finely detailed facial features, retaining most of their original support nails. An exceptional set in an excellent state of preservation.
