A lovely example of a Byzantine Period. Round filling hole and round-rimmed bottom. Has a interesting dark reddish color and thick earthy patina. Circa 324 – 638 AD. Size: (approx)10 x 5.5cm. Found in excavation sites in or around Jerusalem. This piece comes complete with Certificate of Authenticity issued by the Hamedian Gallery as authorized by the Israeli Antiquity Authority.
