Here we have a Pieces of Roman Glass set into a Sterling Silver Necklace. The roman glass is approximately 2000 years old and was recovered from excavation sites in or around Jerusalem. The roman glass in this piece is a very desirable dark blue with spots of green and purple. The Roman glass is made from shards of larger pieces from over 2000 years ago. Each piece of Roman glass develops a unique patina and color so you will never find two pieces exactly alike. Also since the setting is completely handcrafted we can guarantee this piece is completely unique and you will never find another one like it. The setting is made from .925 sterling silver and is handmade by our very own Armenian Jewelers in the Old City of Jerusalem. Each piece is stamped as .925 Silver. Size: Length: 25cm.
