The only example of a Daunian guttos we have ever seen! South-central Italy, native Italic culture referred to as Daunian, Ca 325 BC. Pottery pouring vessel long thought to be used for pouring oil into oil lamps, decorated in typical Daunian brown over buff in multuple geometric patterns, single handle. 3-5/8"H x 4-1/4"W, intact/excellent condition.
