Rare Egyptian faience cylinder seal with raised cross hatch pattern, dating to the Old Kingdom, 4th. dynasty, 2600-2400 BC.
Quite rare and interesting, inspired by the predynastic seals of Mesopotamia.
A similar example has been found at the Giza Plateau Mapping project that allows exactness of dating.
