A wonderful bronze statuette of Osiris with a small cat at his feet, with a green patina and comparatively light wear for its considerable age, leaving its features strong and completely visible (unlike many other similar examples) as well as completely intact with no repairs or breaks. Osiris is shown in the traditional mummiform with the tripartite Atef 'crown of Ra' and holding his crook and flail. Late Period 664-332 B.C. Height: 4" excluding attached antique base.
