An exceedingly rare Mixtec Cache Vessel from Mexico, ca. 1000-1500 A.D. An elaborately decorated cache vessel with round legs and painted in a bright red. This beautiful example has four undeciphered glyph stamps on each side of the piece. The fact that the piece is of square form makes it a rare and very sought after example.
