Pottery poison bottle, called such as they usually held very toxic cinnabar to be used in decorating objects and people. Cinnabar is oxidized Mercury, can drive one insane and cause death with prolonged exposure. In the form of a native gourd, with small flared rim, cinnabar still evident inside the vessel.
