Bronze Oil Lampstand - AMD.260, Origin: Central Asia, Circa: 12 th Century AD to 13 th Century AD, Dimensions: 20.7" (52.6cm) high, Collection: Islamic Art, Style: Khurasan, Medium: Bronze. The lampstand is made of cast bronze and is of three parts; the base, the stem and the tray. The base is decorated with birds in roundels and a pseudo-Kufic inscription. The inscription in the centre of the tray are auspicious.
