A SanCai(triple colored) water pot from Tang Dynasty was excavated in a decent look. In a round shape, the ware was applied with characteristic triple colors(usually as brown, yellow and green) on the upper half of the surface, and left on the lower portion of the basin unglazed. The unglazed portion was revealed with the also characteristic powder-feel white slip. The beautiful glaze was preserved well but suffused with minute crackles. The burial adhesives were preserved in portions for verification.
