Wonderful large bronze bowl from the Han period - with the best 'enamel' green patina!
The bowl can be dated to 200BC-200AD and measure 233 mm. x 83 mm. A very large and impressive bronze bowl! The bowl stands on three small feet and is decorated with circles on the base and on the body itself. The rim is wide.
Condition: Superb! The metal is exceptional for an escarvated antiquity! Brassy bronze with high tin amount and untoughed dark-green patina. A closed hairline just below the rim s no detraction and not visible.
