Vintage Press-Rite Electric Necktie Restorer. Works well. The Press-Rite was made by Cole Toomey, Co. The Necktie Restorer Measures 18" in Length. Comes with it's cardboard case. Case is torn in several places. Not sure of actual age of this piece. Seems to be from the 50's.
