A very rare, stunning, top museum quality, surreal Empoli vase sealed all over with faces.
This gorgeous large vase is an early example of the high quality glass that was once produced at Empoli. It is about 9†tall x 7†wide in the beautiful deep verde (famous green glass of Empoli) color. All faces are crisply and clearly impressed. Bottom has typical polished pontil mark. This is a perfect example of the highest quality blown glass ever made at Empoli.
