circa: 2000 width: 42 height: 46 length: 21 This beautiful walnut blanket chest of drawers was recently English-made as a reproduction of a Georgian antique. The burl walnut displays a striking grain and lustrous complexion, while antiqued solid-brass hardware and optional inlaid satinwood banding form a lovely contrast to the wood. The shaped skirt makes an elegant complement to the shaped bracket feet, which rest on casters for easy movement. Each of the five, large drawers features dovetailed joints-just like antique furniture-and plenty of storage space.
