This sofa is in overall excellent original finish and condition, approx. 40 years old and measures: 87" x 32" x 37"h, sh: 17" ah: 31". The frame is tight and sturdy and has minor signs of normal age appropriate wear or light use. The upholstery has some soling from age and will be a candidate for cleaning or recovering in the fabric of your choice. Email for details on recovering.
