an exquisite wood Indian jewelry box, beautifully inlaid in majolica style, hinged, with red velvet lined interior, and base. showing off Inspiring portraits of Maharajahs, and moguls, with hand coloring, enameling, and gilt work. The colors, enamels and gilt works are spectacular. footed with brass paws. The crowns are in beautiful gilt and detailing. It's vintage, not very old, attached with nails to the foot, aged, excellent, with a very thin hair line crack towards oval princess portrait only appears with fine magnifier. 3" height, 6" width, 3.75" length
