Wallace Nutting hand-colored photograph of Lincoln, New Hampshire's Flume Falls (circa 1915-1925). Exterior scene with tall waterfall crashing down rocky tree-lined cliff. Original mat, pen signature and title. Sight size 11.75 inches x 14.5 inches. Total size including excellent period gold frame is 13 inches x 16 inches. Light, unobtrusive foxing on mat, two small white specks on image (sky and and a lighter one in water.) Hand-coloring good. Overall, a nice example of Nutting's work.
