Vintage set of 6 animal place card holders for use at the dining table. Country of origin unknown, but date to early 1900''s. Animals are not identical in size - about 1 1/2 - 2 inches in length. Made of good quality silver plate. Set consists of an elephant, a buck, a donkey, an ox, a rhinoceros and a dog (Retriever). Each is very well modelled and attractive and the variety can make a great conversation piece at the dinner table. All animals are in good condition.
