Little porcelain hat-pin or hair pin holder. Hand painted floral decoration, gilded rim. Mark is for Richard Klemm, Dresden, circa 1891-1914. Holder measures 45 mm high by 46 mm diameter (about 1.3/4 inches each way). Excellent condition.
