Batik tjaps or stamps - for stamping the wax onto the cloth in the traditional Javanese printing process. Early 20th century. Lovely design of birds and flowers. Photo shows one only, the other is the mirror image, giving the full pattern repeat. Measures 17 cm by 19 cm. Copper and metal. Very good condition. A little rear rust, but nothing bad.
