Very nicely detailed carving of monkeys under a palm tree. Curved piece, backed onto a curve of wood with a stepped base. The wood appears to be rosewood. Measures 18.5 cm high by 9.25 cm wide at the base, and 4.5 cm deep. Excellent condition. Beautiful detailing to the palm leaves and monkey's fur.
