Lovely square tin with highly embossed sides and lid depicting scenes from a Chinese garden. Lids closes firmly, hinged at rear.
Underneath is "By Appointment to His Majesty King George V. MacFarlane, Lang & Co's Biscuits & Cakes. Glasgow and London, established 1817". Tin measures 18 cm by 16 cm, and 6.5 cm high. Tin is in very good condition - some very minor wear, but one of the best I've ever had.
