Unusual old sea serpent sign holder, very slithery, could hold many things, swivels on the bracket. Very heavy brass or bronze, detailed with scales. Would be great in a boutique with a special garment hanging from it or on the store front The bracket is 5" tall and the serpent is 15" long.
