English pillow lace bobbin. Turned dark wood with fine brass wire wound around it in stripes. Has a spangle of square-cut beads in cranberry and clear glass, with the bottom bead being swirled blue and white glass. Bobbin measures 8.8 cm long (not including the spangle weight) and 5 mm diameter at its widest. Excellent condition. 19th century.
