Powder horn, unusual item - looks like a powder flask for a musket, and has a belt hook for a horseman. Heavy metal, with appearance of bronze, or maybe patinated brass. Not sure how you actually get the powder into it though, as the only opening is the narrow end for loading. It has Arabic script on it, and several other Middle Eastern motifs. Hinged cap holds in place by gravity when worn with the hook. Lever to open. Will leave the collectors to decide whether this is the real thing or not. Measures about 16 cm wide and 2.5 cm thick at the thickest part (6.1/4 inches by 1 inch).
