Fred Arbogast Sputterbug. Green; black; yellow; red. Wood; metal; rubber. This wooden lure is marked, "Sputterbug" in painted letters on its back and stamped into the spinner blade. It has a treble belly and tailing hook, painted eyes, a nose spinner, and a yellow and white rubber "Hula Skirt." It has a green scale pattern with black stripes on the sides, a black back, yellow belly, yellow and black eyes surrounded with red, and a red mouth.
