A fine porcelain figure Qing / Ching Period circa 1880. Probably made in a private kiln in the celebrated town of Jingdezhen, Jiang-xi Province. This kiln known as ''Yee-Hung-Tai'' was famous for its fine porcelain figurines made at the end of the Ching Dynasty. The superb clay quality and the fine and delicate colors seen on both the front and back of this beautiful flowing robe are really incredible. The child in his arm is great and beautiful. The condition is excellent overall for age with just some chipping of the black on his beard. Very minor and nothing that distracts at all. A whopping 18'' tall! Very large in size and tons of decoration all over the figure make this wonderful piece a masterpiece of Chinese art. Status: For Sale Reference#: 529_2994 Condition: vc Year: 1900
