Most unusual vase with underglaze moriage like moriage cloisonne vases have. Hard to see from the pictures this vase has the figures and all areas with blue underglaze actually puffed up. Pretty dramatic in spots maybe 1/2'' tall!. I've never seen one like this and it is a beautiful effect. Most unusual. I'd date this at late Quinlong of possibly Chia Ching. 1800 or so.
