A Qinbai covered box from Hutien kiln of Song Dynasty was kept in perfect condition. In beautiful floral shape and decorated patterns on the cover, the characteristic chalk-like body clay was revealed from the light lake-green glaze. A lovely delicate piece was rarely seen in such elegant atmosphere. The beautiful celadon hue and the patterns are so much subtle and attractive under the reflection of light. Some similar pieces are in the book of "The Art of Chinese Box"-A publication edited by Ma Weidu, the host of Guanfu Museum of China.
