A really nice wood carving with ivory and obsidian inlaid eyes and teeth. Fu-xing is the God of happiness, one of the San-xing. Often seen in the blue clothes of a civil servant and in the company of children, or in his symbolic form of a bat. This Figure has the children all over him and a bat in his hand very nice detail. Look at the close up pictures for a great look at all the detail. A repaired split that may have been made at the time of making is the only flaw.
