Historical Note "Tooan Tuh" or Spring Frog, was a Cherokee born near Lookout Mountain in 1754 in the state of Tennessee. He was a skilled trapper, hunter, and ball player. He served under General Jackson during the campaign against the Creeks.; He later moved to the country that was assigned to the Cherokees west of Arkansas.
