Here are 2 excavated Dutch earthenware “salve†pots also called “ink pots†that were used for a variety of things. Both are in exceptional condition with no repairs, see photos. From an old Dutch collection. Both about 2†wide by 2 ¾†& 3†tall. Exceptional examples!
