A terracotta vessel consisting of a shallow bowl with an small foot base. Decoration on the inside of the dish consisting of alternating red and black concentric circles over a light slip.
Minor chips to rim and foot, otherwise in excellent condition.

Produced by local Canaanite craftsmen during the Late Bronze Age the motifs were largely influenced by similar vessels imported from Cyprus. They are distinguishable from their imported counterparts by the type of clay used and the lack of, or minimal, slip.
