Double-sided amulet with suspension loop above, with Greek Inscription. Found in Bethlehem. In very good condition with natural, dark green patina.
Obverse : Large equilateral cross with stars and Greek Inscription in the field. The Inscriptions reads “St. George, help!â€
Reverse : St. George standing, dressed in a tunic and cloak with a nimbus. Greek inscription in the field.
The inscription on both sides refers to "Agios Georgios", St. George
