This is a wonderful antique mailbox, dating from the 1930’s and found on a home in St. Louis, MO. This wall-mount mail box features a rectangular front and is ornamented with a pierced nine-pane design. The sloped roof has two hinged openings, one for the postman and one for personal use that may be paired with a separate lock. A pair of arms extend from the bottom to hold newspapers and magazines. This mail box is in very good antique condition. It measures 16" tall, 6-1/4†wide, and has a 1-3/4†projection overall.
