This well-built pair of antique andirons, or firedogs, is created of hand-forged iron dating from the 19th century. Each andiron begins with an impressive brass adornment with iron volutes directly beneath. A substantial iron ring hangs from the center of the rod above a voluted and pendant detail. Each andiron is engraved with the word "DRAGOIT". These anirons are 32-1/4" tall, 10-3/8" wide, and the log supports extend 14-1/2" deep.
