Stands about 8" and it's being called Egg Poacher or Egg Warmer with accessories. Very likely fine silver, with multiple hallmarks engraving symbols and numbers, noted on the images. Tangible movable pieces : Lid with finial, holder, poacher with handle, also scoop. In fabulous aged condition. Lightweight & Impressive !
