Lovely Rudolstadt chocolate pot. Tall and elegant, with a warm beige back round, covered with fine sprays of bright flowers, gilded finial and twisted deep gold handle. This fine specimen of Victorian Gilded Age porcelain was made in the Thuringia region of Germany by the New York and Rudolstadt Pottery and bears the familiar RW and crown mark. Fresh from a local Brooklyn estate. Fine original condition. 9" tall x 4" base diameter. Price 250.
